Lead to e stablish and improve EHS management system in all Insulation Plants to comply with local regulations
- Allocate and use company resources to engage people , enhance EHS culture, drive EHS programs and continuously improve the EHS performance
- Contact window for Japan in terms of EHS aspect and support other business

■Job Requirements
Strong leadership to improve / change EHS culture with record track
- EHS working experience over 10+ years in industrial field in international company
- Own strong experiences and management skills in a multi culture international company.
- Strong ability in communication executions and result oriented.
- Be willing to change; work independently with high pressures and make decisions to solve problems
- Fluent in English
■Professional Skills
- Good knowledge at EHS all aspects
- Be familiar with local regulations/ laws , accident insurance, welfare, safety, environment, health, medical insurance, etc.
