仕事内容

As a data engineer, you'll build the exciting systems, services, and infrastructure tools needed to fuel the next wave of the company's growth. You'll bring your experience with complex distributed systems, passion for performance and optimization, and ability to write highly scalable / fault tolerant code to a team of top engineers.

・Design, build and maintain the database platform to provide stable and secure services
・Proposing and designing plans and leads for new database system based on various factors such as capacity planning, lifecycle management and requests from related teams.
・Building databases through various tasks like DBMS installation, parameters configuration, connection settings and configuring Cluster and Backup systems
・Automation, standardization and visualization of our daily operations and processes to maximize productivity
・Verification and evaluation of new products, functions and versions
・Collaborate with Product Management to understand Business needs and devise possible solutions

応募条件・求められるスキル

・2+ years of professional experience as a System Administrator or similar role
・Ability to understand various data structures and common methods in data transformation
・Experience with small-mid sized DB development from scratch
・Proficiency with Python, Powershell or other scripting languages and automation
・Proficiency with applying security concepts and hardening of IT infrastructure
・Awareness of infrastructure as code concepts and tools such as Configuration Orchestration, Configuration Management, Git, Jenkins, Puppet, Chef, Salt, Ansible, Rest APIs
