Department: Funcrtional Safety
Report to: Director, Functional Safety & CyberSecurity

Responsibilities:
The Role is for Technical Manager - Functional Safety
Act as a Technical Manager leading team of Functional Safety Engineers
Act as a Functional Safety Manager for the Electronics Product Group
Stay current with both standards and technical solutions for implementation and functional safety validation such as
Fault Injection.
Analyze impact of ISO26262 releases for Visteon Electronics and create Functional Safety awareness across
departments
Perform safety management activities for Electronics projects according to relevant standards during all project phases
(concept, product development, production) including preliminary hazard analysis, DFMEA, FMEDA, qualitative and
quantitative fault tree analysis
Recruit, on-board and mentor team members to FS team.

応募条件・求められるスキル

Required skills and experiences:
・ISO 26262 and/or IEC 61508 standard experience
・3-5 years experience of product safety design (Failsafe, fault tolerant and fault avoidance technic, and product
development process)
・Experience with functional safety processes and solutions
・Embedded System and SW architecture expertise

Preferred skills and expeiences:
・Design experience in the automotive industry

Language:
Business level English and Japanese.
