仕事内容

【ミッション】
Dolby Japan社において、当社技術に関する監査業務を行っていただきます。

当社は、エンターテイメント業界のリーディングカンパニーとして、幅広い顧客 （自動車、家電、ゲーム企業、映画産業 等）向けに、独自開発した音響/映像技術を販売しており、当社技術をご利用いただく際には、当社ロゴを製品に印字いただき、一部手数料を頂戴する契約を顧客と結んでおります。
本ポジションにおいては、当社技術が契約に則り正しく使用されているか、不当に使用されていないかを監査いただくことが主なミッションとなります。

【具体的には】
・Accountable for Compliance revenue target and team performance in Japan.
・Develop and maintain a strong strategic partnership with the Dolby’s Commercial Partnership team to recover revenue from licensees who have been identified as non-compliant in the use of Dolby technology
・Develop and maintain in-region partnerships with both external organizations and internal stakeholders in pursuit of Dolby’s compliance program
・Provide appropriate guidance and lead engagement team and partner firms in obtaining accurate audit results
・To play an important role in the settlement negotiations within Japan, aligning with Dolby overall strategy and goals
