Solution Architecture Manager（L1）, Technology NEW !
Job description To maximize the value from the AXA Japan information technology, and simplify IT Landscape by applying IT architecture disciplines
・to effectively align the business transformation across tribe（s） with business, IT strategy and the Group Platform strategy
・To identify key business capability gaps, reduce transformation waste and duplication
・To ensure the strategic and business planning processes address capability gaps within the tribe
・To provide hands-on architecture and solution guidance to squad architect （=solution architects） embedded in the tribe（s） to target IT architecture roadmap and standards.
The scope of the position is for the three AXA entities in Japan （AXA Life, AXA Direct, AXA Direct Life）.
The person is an architecture transversal & leadership team member.
