■Job Description
We are looking for a seasoned NLP Data Scientist with a specialty in legal data, geared towards product development and enhancement. Join our vibrant team at LegalOn, where you will play a pivotal role in transforming the landscape of legal technology. Your expertise in applying advanced generative AI and data science methodologies will be instrumental in evolving our product strategy and processes.

You will work closely with executive leaders, Product Manager, ML engineer, and all other teams. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for spearheading product design, implementation, and management, ensuring that our offerings remain at the cutting edge of technology.

■Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with legal teams, engineers, and product managers to integrate advanced NLP in legal document analysis and contract management.
- Build legal data collection, processing, and integration pipelines for NLP model training and fine-tuning.
- Develop NLP system evaluation methods, including manual annotation and authoritative legal content analysis.
- Analyze legal text-related data often using advanced NLP tools.
- Maintain data quality throughout the project lifecycle.
- Analyze LLM model results to derive actionable insights for contract-related decisions.
- Conduct experiments to assess LLM model performance and identify improvement areas.
- Perform comprehensive evaluations of LLM models focusing on legal accuracy, fairness, compliance, and robustness.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, presenting complex findings clearly and clearly.
- Document work for audit and compliance and present findings to senior leadership.

必要なスキル

■Skills and Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, Linguistic, Economics, a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience with NLP product analysis applications (e.g, text extraction/classification, sentiment analysis, statistical analysis), and coding (e.g., Python, R, SQL).
- Fluency in English and teamwork abilities.
- Business level of Japanese communication skills (JPLT N2 above)

■Preferred Qualifications:
- Passion for effective NLP methods.
- Experience in NLP.
- Exceptional proficiency in big data transformation, especially Python and SQL.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Experience with prompt engineering for LLM model.
- Solid understanding of probability and statistics.
- Hands-on experience with product experimentation.
